 Unemployment is at an all time high in Romania, and many church members are without jobs. Many of these people are unskilled. Skilled workers would be needed for many of the upcoming construction projects, including the school, church camp, women's shelter, and other projects. Several people were trained to do construction work. It gives them a small income, prepares them for securing a job in the future, and a sense of accomplishment in furthering the Lord's work.

| The team has learned to frame, do sheetrock, plumbing, paint, tile work, and some electrical work. This is helping to accomplish the Lord's work in Romania and preparing them for the future. |  |
